• Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly manner• Process transactions using the POS System• Stay informed on stock items and promote sales• Engage in conversation with customers• Provide product knowledge to guests• Check in merchandise and stock sales floor• Maintain tidiness and organization in the store• Lift and maneuver heavy items• Handle guest inquiries and concerns• Comply with regulations and policies
Requirements
• Three (3) months of cash handling and customer service experience• Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy items• High School Diploma or GED• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Professional demeanor• Must be at least 18 years of age• Preferred: Knowledge and experience in Western fashion, rodeo, and equestrian fields
