Responsibilities
• Helps guide process, details, and develop tactical plans• Develops and administers clients' budgets• Troubleshoots potential problems in agency operations• Demonstrates and applies knowledge of assigned brands• Works with team lead to develop communication objectives and strategies• Manages the production of client-approved marketing tools• Collaborates on creative brief development• Develops marketing communications plans and proposals• Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts• Keeps clients apprised of all account activity
Requirements
• Exhibits Integrity and Trust• Exhibits Self Development• Bachelor's degree• 5+ years of experience• Experience in healthcare communications environment preferred• MBA, Masters in Marketing or related discipline preferred
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of contract and financial tools• Solution-oriented• Good understanding of therapeutic category and audience• Basic knowledge of other categories and audiences• Basic knowledge of PHCG businesses, offerings, and tools
