Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Grounds Keeper/Porter to provide cleaning support at our Woodinville location.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the general curb appeal of the exterior of the community including but not limited to: Picking up trash around the community Sweeping/blowing walkways free of debris Raking leaves Wiping down/cleaning exterior surfaces (tables, benches, trash cans, etc) Taking out the trash from exterior and interior trash cans and replacing the bag with a fresh one Taking large dumpsters out to the curb (with pallet jack) Pressure washing as needed Cleaning windows/windowsills Restocking bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers, soap etc) Mopping hallways, amenity spaces, and bathrooms Vacuuming hallways, lobby, and offices Keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when items need to be replaced/ordered Send the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor a daily report Complete a porter/grounds checklist daily
Qualifications Reliable transportation Complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening Authorized to work in the US Some knowledge of job tools such as Cleaning tools and solutions Must be able to work well in a team as well as individually Must be able to follow directions Must communicate real-time issues with their assigned buildings Must be able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes in that schedule Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle liability insurance Must be physically capable of completing all aspects of the job Must be a reliable, motivated, professional, and organized individual Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour shift Weekdays: 12pm-9pm and Weekends 1pm-10pm (with an hour long lunch) Work Location: In person
