About This Role Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for visual storytelling and communication? We're seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in improving our established brands and executing strategic marketing initiatives to find new audiences. Additionally, you'll be helping us build a marketing framework, ensuring seamless cohesion and efficiency as we expand our brand portfolio within the Vertex Group.
What You'll Do Craft Tailored Design Assets : Develop captivating graphics and design assets customized for each company within the Vertex Group, aligning with their unique brand identities Create Compelling Content : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging and technically proficient content tailored to the specific needs of each company, showcasing our innovative solutions, expertise and brand personality Drive Marketing Campaigns : Support the planning, execution and optimization of social media (primarily LinkedIn) and email campaigns, leveraging your creative flair to maximize audience engagement and ROI Maintain Brand Consistency : Ensure the unified integration of design elements, technical content and marketing campaigns to reinforce each company's strategic initiatives and uphold consistent branding standards Standardize Marketing Processes : Implement efficient processes to standardize and centralize marketing efforts across the Vertex Group, facilitating the creation of reusable design elements, assets and templates What We're Looking For Creative Expertise : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design ability, composition/layout and creative vision Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives Marketing Intelligence : Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in executing social media and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement Collaborative Spirit : A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, bringing diverse ideas and perspectives to the table Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs How To Stand Out B2B/Industrial Experience : Previous experience in B2B/industrial marketing environment Related Education : Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or related fields Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with a wide range of industry-related software or tools and ability to navigate technical challenges Innovative Portfolio : Unique projects or design concepts that highlight out-of-the-box thinking and creativity Passion Projects : Personal projects or hobbies outside of work that showcase your passion and commitment to your craft Your Benefits In addition to joining a vibrant and innovative team, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. Your Work Arrangement This role offers a hybrid setup, predominantly remote with periodic in-person gatherings at our Twin Cities office or nearby locations for meetings and team events.
