Job Focus: With limited supervision from the Vice President of Executive Relations (VPER), the Grants Administrator (GA) holds responsibility for overseeing federal, state, local, and private grant activities that align with the College's mission. The GA's duties encompass managing the entire grant cycle, starting from planning and development to implementation and evaluation, while ensuring that grant deliverables are achieved within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, accounting, or related field. Two (2) years of progressive experience in budgeting, accounting, grants or contract management, research administration, or other positions demonstrating critical thinking and analysis. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel. A strong technical aptitude to learn new online applications and computer software. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Experience with planning, coordinating, and facilitating grants and other activities. Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures. Must successfully pass criminal background check. Valid driver's license. Note: Related work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
