Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team• Oversee day-to-day financial operations• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting• Monitor and analyze financial performance• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies• Manage the annual audit process• Provide strategic financial insights• Support financial planning and analysis efforts• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations• Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential• 5+ years of progress experience as a Controller or similar financial role• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards• Experience leading global corporate accounting operations• Excellent leadership and team management skills• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities• Proactive, strategic thinking and planning
