As a GIS Analyst, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our operations, leveraging your expertise in ArcMap/ArcPro GIS mapping and geodatabase management. What You Will Be Doing: Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to generate maps that support ongoing leasing and operational activities. Create, update, and maintain spatial data and attributes unique to the operator, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Manage and integrate external data sources as necessary to enhance operator projects and decision-making processes. Implement and execute comprehensive file maintenance protocols to ensure the integrity and efficiency of GIS databases. Perform complex database queries to extract and analyze data, providing valuable insights for operational optimization. Conduct in-depth spatial analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Conduct thorough research to gather pertinent information required for updating and refining GIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Your Background: Associate degree in GIS or related field preferred; bachelor's degree desirable Minimum 2 years of GIS experience within the Oil and Gas Industry Proficiency in ArcPro mapping, 10.x or newer versions preferred Knowledgeable in GIS software processes and proficient in geodatabase creation, maintenance, and editing Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and GIS systems Experience providing support to GIS users Strong attention to detail in data analysis and management Capable of following written and verbal instructions, workflows, and procedures Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Infinity Natural Resources is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
