The successful candidates will have several years of experience in management for a Cabinetry/ Millwork/ Casegoods Company. Must know Cabinetry, Architectural Woodwork and Casework. Must be computer literate. (Metal Products Manufacturing, as well as Wood Products manufacturing background, a huge plus!)
Description:
This position requires extensive knowledge of wood product manufacturing.
Eligibility Requirements
The candidate must possess strong leadership and management skills necessary to profitably complete phases within a given budget, within a given schedule while meeting our stringent quality standards.
They must work with other team members to ensure our operation continues to meet the growing scheduling requirements.
Degree in a Manufacturing discipline preferred, but not required.
Must have 7 years related experience working in high end residential wood, millwork or furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of manufacturing / mechanical processes and equipment.
Ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of means and methods for the engineering, fabrication, finishing and installation of architectural woodwork, casework and millwork.
History of successfully managed, profitable and timely delivered projects.
Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Ability to 'roll up their sleeves' to develop, document, and implement processes and procedures for Wood Manufacturing processes.
Metal Products Manufacturing, as well as Wood Products manufacturing background, a huge plus!
