Job summary
Aqua Tots Swim Schools Canton is hiring a General ManagerMust be organized, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environmentRequires 2 years of management experience and customer service/sales experience
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Oversee school financials• Work alongside Guest Service Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Building relationships with staff and customers• Scheduling• Training• Staffing• Payroll• Ordering supplies• Sales
Requirements
• Availability to work full time• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)• 2 years of management experience• Customer service and sales experience• Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week• Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm.
