Responsibilities
• Oversee all studio functionality from sales to operations• Hire and manage sales representatives• Ensure metrics and goals are met• Lead generation and networking events• Strategically manage marketing campaigns• Implement sales process for prospects• Manage memberships and retail sales• Ensure daily lead management checklist is executed• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
Requirements
• Previous management or supervisory experience required• Solution-based and results-oriented• Confident in generating personal sales and training representatives• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills• Affinity and passion for fitness• Highly organized and proficient in data management• Ability to work a flexible schedule• College degree preferred
