Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day store operations• Manage store opening and closing procedures• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures• Recruit, hire, and train store staff• Schedule and supervise the work of team members• Set goals for the store and the team and be a leader of culture and performance• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to team members• Drive the implementation of company programs• Address personnel issues• Consistently review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities
Requirements
• Foodservice P&L management experience for a minimum of two years• Underlying overall working restaurant experience of at least four years• Entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to chip in where needed• Ability to stay calm during periods of high volume or stress• Be product-minded, customer-minded, people-minded, detailed, forward-focused, and consistent• Ability to accept feedback and be accountable for own success and the success of the team• Make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and technique• Lead with integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven, and be self-directed• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program preferred• State Food Safety Certification
