Blessed Oasis Pet Resort in Fayetteville, NC is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance Worker - Fence Specialist . We pay $20 - $23 per hour , depending on experience, and permit a flexible schedule . The typical schedule is 40 hours a week and ideally Tuesday - Saturday but we are open to a flexible schedule with the right candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly fence and gate inspections with reporting of condition to management and pet resort owner Repair fencing and gates as needed Perform preventative maintenance on fences and gates Simple plumbing and electrical repairs Simple HVAC repairs and maintenance Perform general building maintenance including painting and sheetrock patchwork as needed Assist in maintaining the facility in an attractive and presentable manner QUALIFICATIONS Must be comfortable working with fencing and gates Must have basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical know how Experience performing building maintenance for an apartment complex or hotel a plus Must have all necessary tools If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, apply today with our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application!
