Job Summary: Join Gonzaga University as a Security Officer and play a pivotal role in enhancing, preserving, and protecting our students, staff, faculty and visitors. The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $52,000 annually. The internal full salary range is $38,558 – $52,167. Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license and excellent driving record (Two or more moving violations, or one serious moving violation may disqualify an individual from operating a university vehicle) Proven typing ability and word processing skills Must pass extensive background check Availability for university emergencies that may include extended duty Ability to work overtime as required or directed Ability to obtain or possess a basic first-aid and CPR certification. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of people, including students, staff, faculty, administrators, and the general public.
