Position: FOH Restaurant Leads -Lead Bar, Lead Host or Restaurant Service Lead (Our Bar Lead will be mainly focused on high volume expresso drinks with a small local list of wines + beers)
Pay: $24 - $28 Per Hour -This average rate includes an hourly base rate of $17.28 plus expected hourly tips, the training period for these lead positions is between four to six weeks. Opportunities for wage increase available once meeting job expectations. Weekly Schedule: Hourly, Wednesday through Sunday Full Time Positions -The schedule for these positions is Wednesday through Sunday (variety of am / pm shifts) with days off as Monday and Tuesday. These roles will focus on serving and training our team well and having excellent communication, multi-tasking and time management skills throughout daily service while providing excellent hospitality to our team and guests in a casual, fast paced Takeaway and Dine In environment.

• Confident understanding of their station in the restaurant and leads the FOH team to champion daily service while working their station effectively
• Thorough understanding of the ingredients in our products and can confidently explain the food and beverage menu
• Successfully oversees the FOH team with the execution and completion of opening and closing procedures
• Directs the FOH team to champion the cleanliness and organization of work spaces and our dining room
• Guides and assists with training new and current employees in according with DERU's Training System in their station
• Upholds standardized operating procedures (SOP's) and assists with training the team new SOP's in their station
• Leads daily pre-shift meetings and conducts liked best, next time check outs / feedback with team
• Assists FOH manager / shift steward with inventory and replenishing products and dry good supplies
• Answers guest questions or asks manager or shift steward for assistance if needed
• Treats DERU customers and FOH team with courtesy and respect
• Participates actively in FOH training and attends FOH classes
• Keeps the FOH team productive in all hours of service
