Formulation Scientist ILocation: Carlsbad, CA
Summary:
This position will be responsible for formulating nutrient premixes, based on customers' or Account Managers' requests, in compliance with relevant regulations, finished goods applications, shelf-life requirements, processing conditions and nutrient stabilities. The position may require creating representative laboratory samples and pilot batches, ingredient evaluations, fielding internal and external technical questions regarding Glanbia product blends and participating in commercialization processes for raw materials and new blend orders. The position may be assigned to, and require participation in, various R&D projects as needed. The position requires mastery of PDM formulation software as well as SAP and C4C software programs as they relate to R&D functions.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in CA. This range may not be applicable to other locations. The annual salary for CA based employees for this role is $65,000 to $109,000.
