Ensure timely and quality brief execution Keep abreast of latest technical knowledge in terms of flavor ingredients, formulations and processes through networking, interacting with suppliers, study and training. Provide technical flavor support to internal and external customers as needed. Provide ongoing support in the development of winning collections; lead tonality selection team as assigned. Work with Sales and BU to maintain relationships at our customers and participate in a team-selling approach. Interface with other support groups at Firmenich, e.g. Regulatory, SCIN, Sensory, to anticipate customer needs and properly address commercial opportunities. Participate in the global Flavor Creation community, supporting colleagues in other zones as needed in flavor creation or creative insights. Adhere to good creative practice, formulating with a vision of reducing complexity while producing high quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives. Maintain organized and efficient laboratory equipment and environment. Maintain records for easy retrieval and clarity.
