Position: Financial Manager Job Type: Full-Time Department: Finance Reports To: Executive Officers Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Golf VX Corp.'s objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for financial improvement and growth.
Budget Management: Oversee the preparation of the company's budget, conduct variance analysis, and implement budget controls to ensure financial discipline and efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Present these reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations that will contribute to the company's financial health and expansion.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and develop strategies to optimize financial resources.
Compliance, Auditing, and Record Keeping: Guarantee compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards. Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring that financial recording practices meet or exceed required standards. Oversee the maintenance of all financial records, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and ready for audit or review at any time.
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions. Prepare financial presentations for board meetings and investor updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the sports or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information in an understandable manner.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing processes.
Korean Language Skills: fluent Korean language proficiency in listening, speaking and writing
