Responsibilities
• Perform internal audit functions throughout the organization• Participate in joint venture contract reconciliation process• Contribute to the development of reporting to ensure financial integrity• Assist with investigations of efficiency issues through data analysis• Assist with implementing and maintaining data analytic software• Direct/completes projects as directed by the Financial Integrity Manager• Create reports regarding internal controls• Routinely review and interpret various contracts• Respect and maintain confidentiality• Work in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field• 5 years of experience within the healthcare field• 5 years of experience in financial or accounting roles• 3 years of experience in financial data analysis• 3 years of experience in external or internal auditing• CPA or CFE designation is a plus• Ability to work independently• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance• Knowledge of insurance principles• Computer and keyboard skills preferred
