Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain complex and multi-faceted reports• Conduct financial analysis and prepare in-depth analyses• Consolidate and interpret data from multiple financial reporting systems• Coordinate the capital budgeting process• Assist in coordinating daily G/L interfaces and reconciliations• Complete benchmarking analysis for physician compensation• Serve as a resource to senior management• Tailor existing guidelines/processes for specific circumstances• Work effectively with IT to ensure accurate financial reporting• Understand and use relational database functionality
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field• Four years of related work experience• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred• Strong analytical and report-writing skills• Proficiency in data manipulation and extraction techniques• Understanding of relational database functionality
