We are looking for a Field Superintendent with expertise in construction, commercial, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical, ADA code, education, government, healthcare, industrial, and laboratory, who has AHCA experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all phases of construction, from planning to completion, and will be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and directing all field operations, subcontractors, and staff members.
Position Overview: The Field Superintendent manages and oversees the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of all field activities on assigned projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Field Superintendent ensures that all safety and quality regulations are being adhered to, and coordinates the activities of all subcontractors and staff involved in the project. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, review, and update project plans and schedules as needed. Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed. Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and other staff members. Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards. Monitor, review, and update project budgets as needed. Address any issues that arise in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a Field Superintendent. Strong understanding of construction, commercial, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical, ADA code, education, government, healthcare, industrial, and laboratory projects. AHCA experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
