Together, let's continue transforming lives, one space at a time!  What We Offer: Base salary + bonus override + commission   Full benefits offered: health, dental, vision, disability? 401(k) matching?  Paid Time-Off, Sick Days, and Paid Holidays?   What You'll Do:  Ensuring sales teams are meeting planned sales goals/quotas   Coordinating all disciplinary action and performance improvement plans with sales reps   Setting individual sales targets with the sales team   Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary   Overseeing activities and performance of sales team   Conducting ride-along with sales team members   Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education   Promoting the company's products and services   Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts   Running Sales appointments   Ensuring designers submit proper paperwork   Promoting the company's products and services   What You'll Bring: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time   Ability to travel   Year-round field work in all weather conditions   In-home demonstrations   Must be able to transport and carry up to 35 lbs. of work-related material   Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations   Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment   Strong customer service orientation   A valid driver's license and proven safe driving record   Knowledge of principles and practices of sales   Proven ability to achieve sales targets   Criminal Background Checks.
