Requirements
• Non-structured work week, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed• Availability for phone calls and texts 24/7 while working with families• Attendance at weekly staff and consultation meetings• Ability to solve practical problems and address emotional issues• Possess adequate transportation with appropriate licensing and insurance coverage• Physically able to access homes and walk distances over various terrain• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field• Two years of social work experience
