Position Summary/Description: This position is responsible for performing commercial multi-trades maintenance (carpentry, electrical and plumbing) on the building systems including arena lighting, sound system, video walls, switches, receptacles, toilets, showers, sinks, dry wall, and painting, as well as provide set up and support of games, practices and special events. Position will have extended overtime hours on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, replacement, fabrication, installation and construction of building components. Performs work requests and seek clarification when needed.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. Optional Guidelines: Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
