In this role with us, you will:
Work in restaurant operations at least 50% of the time (sometimes in the Front of House, other times in the Back of the House)
Work along side fellow Directors and directly with the Owner/Operator
Plan, coordinate and direct business operations to ensure the achievement of restaurant goals daily
Develop, outline and implement weekly and monthly plans and strategies to improve operational results and guest experience/satisfaction scores
Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and improve growth and retention
Train, guide and mentor Leaders/Team Members and evaluate their performance and productivity in completing their job duties
Document and provide status reports on various areas of operations to track progress, update maintenance schedules, ensure accountability, etc.
Ensures team is complying with company policies and procedures daily
Ensures Chick-fil-A West Hartford is delivering Remarkable Meals with Genuine Hospitality and Fast and Accurate service in a Clean and Safe Environment at all times.
Recruiting and appraising staff
Managing budgets
Overseeing stock and pricing control
Preparing promotional displays and materials
Liaising with management
Taking care of promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of their staff
Providing opportunities for staff advancements
Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record of servant leadership
9 hour shifts with open availability, must be willing to close and/or open (must be available on Friday and Saturday)
Experienced with food safety: must be passionate about a safe, secure and healthy work environment (Servsafe manager certified preferred)
5 years experience required in fast or fast casual restaurant environment or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen and leadership presence
Must be detail oriented
Familiarity with Hot Schedules scheduling platform preferred
Must have strong time management, adaptability, and prioritization skills
Must be an excellent communicator
Must be willing to work with staff to accomplish all goals and lead by example
You must have the ability to take initiative and possess the experience and skills for problem solving.

Pay: $70,000-85,000. Requirements * Minimum 5 -10 years experience
