The William Bonifas Fine Arts Center in Escanaba, Michigan is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the full-time position of Executive Director.  The Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization, as well as fundraising, marketing and community outreach.
Founded in 1974, the center is a comprehensive arts organization with a commitment to excellence in its exhibits, education, performances, and other activities.  Its mission is to enhance and inspire the cultural and creative lives of the people of the Central Upper Peninsula.  Escanaba is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.
Candidates need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, experience in managing staff and internal business operations, developing and managing budgets, grant writing experience and interest in arts and culture.  Previous non-profit experience desired.
