We are a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to producing authentic and transformative plays and events that explore the Native American experience. Our mission is to engage artists and audiences by producing commissioned and existing plays by Native playwrights, creating community-driven productions, presenting outstanding Native American productions, providing theater training to Native American community members, and collaborating with Native artists and organizations across various artistic disciplines.

We are seeking a collaborative leader who shares our vision for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working closely with our team, board, artists, and community members to support and cultivate Native American artistry. **Desired Qualifications:**
- Experience working with the Native American community and familiarity with its culture, history, and stories
- Trauma-informed leadership approach
- Knowledge of capital campaigns and experience with new performance spaces
- Proficiency in logistics and organizing tasks for a small organization
- Experience with strategic planning in entrepreneurial environments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience developing plans for increasing revenue in nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with theater production and operations logistics
- Fundraising expertise, including corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and individual donors
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer accounting, grant management, and budgeting
- Implement business practices to support professional artists and company priorities
- Collaborate with the artistic team to build infrastructure and systems for growth
- Report to the Artistic Director and Board of Directors
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- QSEHRA reimbursed health, dental, and vision benefits
- Two weeks of vacation
- Hybrid/remote work options occasionally available
- Winter break between Christmas and New Year's Day
