Responsibilities
• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a positive team environment• Oversee and manage food and service quality• Implement and maintain consistent service standards• Control labor, food, and beverage costs• Collaborate with the General Manager to create a positive environment• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property
Requirements
• 6+ years of restaurant management experience• Experience in high-volume and upscale food focused environments• Passion for Internal Hospitality and core values• Strong problem resolution and organizational skills• Effective communication skills
