Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or 4+ years as a Sous Chef• Culinary degree or equivalent certification• In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, flavors, and traditions• Preferred: Proven track record of successful menu development• Preferred: Experience in a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant
