Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with coordination of catering, equipment rentals, entertainment, clean-up, etc. for Georgia Museum of Art events and rentals.
Percentage of time: 40
Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with GMOA facility rentals to include answering phone/email inquiries; serve as event manager for rentals and events, pick up and delivery of supplies and materials for events.

Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with event breakdown to include cleaning and storage of equipment and occasional dishwashing, inventory maintenance, etc
Percentage of time: 10
Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with processing invoices and other clerical duties related to events and rental payments and revenue. Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary: This position assists with planning, implementing, and coordinating onsite management of events and rentals at the Georgia Museum of Art.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position: Catering or event management experience helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies : Excellent customer service skills.
Good organization and detail-oriented skills are desirable.
Physical Demands: Moving event equipment and moderate lifting of supplies (lifting 50 pounds) may be needed.
Stand for long periods of time (from set-up through clean-up of special events). Driving.
