Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on event day. Provide on-site assistance during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless event execution. Assist in coordinating with vendors and external partners to fulfill event requirements. Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement. Assist in compiling post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success. Requirements: No previous experience required; however, a passion for event planning and coordination is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
