As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our events. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including logistics coordination and vendor management. Maintain open communication with vendors, sponsors, and participants to address their needs and questions. Manage event materials and supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are readily available. Provide support in administrative tasks such as drafting event timelines, preparing documents, and maintaining databases. Be an integral part of on-site event management, handling attendee registration and providing information to participants. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels. Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall event experience. Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required during events.
