**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in Apex, North Carolina, focusing on ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems such as Aptean or Intuitive, but we are open to candidates with any ERP knowledge as long as it includes modules in warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, OTC, and some finance. This role is critical in providing second-level support to users, offering suggestions, and acting as an internal consultant or business analyst to enhance user experience and address system issues. Please note that this position requires US citizenship or a green card due to our US government client requirements.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Provide second-level support for ERP systems, focusing on manufacturing and planning applications.
- Act as an internal consultant or business analyst, offering suggestions and solutions to users' problems and questions related to ERP systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to support project documentation and reporting, ensuring successful project management and support.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in system support, particularly with Intuitive, is required.
- Strong background in supply chain management tools and applications.
- Ability to provide direction and solutions to users, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- US citizenship or a green card is required due to client requirements.

You will translate business needs and set up business processes - need to find the best business process, rebuild the process for ultimately going to the cloud. Discrete Manufacturing experience is a plus. The team currently consists of one lead and a couple of contractors (they are replacing these contractors). 5 years of experience is preferred. Someone who understands the needs of the business users and can explain them to developers. Strong ERP knowledge in Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, OTC, and some finance. Open to candidates with any ERP knowledge as long as it includes modules in warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, OTC, and some finance.
