Ary Corporation, a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in heavy highway construction, aggregate processing, and trucking, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking CDL A or B Driver to join our team in Canon City, CO. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful locations in Colorado, while contributing to a company that values its employees and is committed to providing a safe, engaging work environment. The role is physically demanding and requires working in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate should be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, shoveling, climbing, bending, and twisting.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid sick and vacation time, and 401k with 3% match. Key Responsibilities: · Manage an efficient and safe equipment maintenance and service program, rolling stock and yellow iron.
· Triage and prioritize equipment repairs.
· Communicate with managers, foreman, and company leadership on status of repairs and shop backlog.
· Liaison with equipment vendors, procure rental equipment as necessary.
· Manage active equipment rentals and RPO equipment.
· Manage company and 3rd party mobile mechanics.
· Review employee timecards, work orders and intercompany VRO (vehicle repair orders)
· Assist with gathering information to update equipment list and equipment files.
· Manage warranty and service agreements on company owned equipment.
· Assist with equipment registrations.
· Manage rental repairs, yellow iron, pumps, etc.
· Review invoices from vendors for service and equipment repairs for accuracy and approval.
· Assist with insurance documentation, scheduling of repair estimates, etc. for equipment related claims.
· Assist in managing and maintaining equipment/shop related software.
· Travel to job locations and outer locations as needed.
Minimum Requirements: · 5 years of experience in Maintenance or Operations of a heavy highway construction company including a Supervisory role.
· Project and vendor management experience.
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: · Possess a strong mechanical understanding of heavy highway equipment.
· Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
· Possess the ability to work under pressure and multi-task, in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven record of reliability
· Excellent management skills
Requirements: The desire to be a member of a great team that works hard. The desire and ability to be punctual and professional every day. Experience or the desire to learn accounting and bookkeeping. Familiarity and comfort working with business software and MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
