Epic Applications Specialist

A leading acute care hospital located in the metropolitan New York City region is now seeking an experienced EPIC Applications Specialist to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This not-for-profit medical center is home to roughly 300-beds and offers exceptional acute and preventative medical care to the surrounding communities. Reporting to the IT Director, the EPIC Applications Specialist will lead the implementation of all EPIC related applications, upgrades, and modifications. Responsibilities include managing workflow, providing go-live and ongoing client support, leading meetings regarding EPIC builds and implementations, training junior staff, collaborating with end users, coordinating vendor activities, and participating in policy and procedure development.
