Overview:
As an Entry Level Travel Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with a passion for travel, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You will work with, client's assisting in coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Arrangement: Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees. Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences. Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date. Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees. Itinerary Management: Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings. Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components. Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for client's to review and agree to. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for travel and a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry. Perks:
