Responsibilities
• Creating legal templates, forms, and tags• Utilize firm equipment (i.e Scanners, printers, copiers)• Analyze job query's, reports, and data from legal software• Configuration of overlays for legal documents• Overall facilitation of data flow• Collaborating with other teams• Working closely with our team to understand the requirements and specifications of operational workflow, court forms, and template letters• Implementing court forms and template letters: Utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately implement court forms and template letters within our system
Requirements
• Excel in time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment• Strong computer skills is a must• Comfortable handling legal documents and storage• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel• Hands-on experience with utilizing copy and scanning machines as well as scanners
