Job Description Process work requests and other data through the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Repair equipment and solve facility problems. Must have the ability to operate power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift, perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, air compressors and rotating equipment, ability to repair equipment with minimum instructions, arc welding, soldering, brazing, etc. when requested., ability to use various electrical and mechanical measurements devices including micrometers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, dial gauges, voltmeter, caliper etc. Familiar with specifications of pip fitting, shop hand tools, drills and taps, bearings, belts, seals, lubrication, pumps, and motors. Skills Required Minimum of two years related experience and training, preferably in industrial maintenance. Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English). Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), preferably Associate's degree or equivalent certifications in related field. Forklift certificate. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check Valid Driver's License. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
