Responsibilities
• Process customer orders in Partial Pallet area• Pick, pack, and wrap finished goods to order specification• Assist in picking materials and support production needs• Operate forklift and ensure compliance with safety standards• Rotate inventory and participate in loading/unloading of finished goods• Produce necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements• Perform manual tasks such as assembling, folding boxes, and hand packing• Ensure quality standards are met for materials and finished goods• Maintain clean work area and actively participate in team meetings• Communicate with other operators and complete required training
Requirements
• Ability to support warehouse functions in dynamic manufacturing environment• Proficient in using computers, handheld scanners, and ERP system• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly• Basic product/material inspection skills• Previous forklift experience preferred but not mandatory
