Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional with a knack for building relationships and seizing new business opportunities? We're on the lookout for a passionate Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in De Pere, WI!
As part of our Commercial Sales Team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the transportation industry. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new dedicated business opportunities while collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, nurture, and close new contractual dedicated business opportunities.
Assess customer needs and articulate the unique value proposition of our services.
Cultivate new relationships and drive revenue growth beyond dedicated business.
Demonstrate initiative and drive in achieving sales targets.
Engage prospects, understand their pain points, and position ourselves as valuable partners.
Make proactive decisions and adapt to evolving circumstances.
Focus on delivering economic solutions for customers while ensuring profitability for our company.
Lead the pursuit of new dedicated business opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
Develop strategic pricing, service, and value propositions tailored to each prospect.
Proactively prospect new brands and expand our industry network to build a robust pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strategic thinking with a focus on decisiveness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to think at an enterprise level and establish effective interpersonal connections.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Understanding of transportation services, costs, pricing, and value propositions.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Five or more years of transportation experience required.
Three or more years of customer-facing experience preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 85,000.00 Per Year
