As an Engineering Release Coordinator in Racine, Wisconsin, you will: oversee the Engineering Change Release process while working in a cross-functional environment; ensure that release processes are followed; work with engineering teams to ensure proper change intent interpretation; review and monitor change release status, acting as the central point of contact for engineering releases; recommend process improvements; escalate issues that may affect quality or timing of releases,  and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree preferred  High attention to detail and excellent communication skills required Willingness to support supervisory processes, including time-off and timecard approvals, required Experience with managing workflow processes preferred At least one year of leadership experience preferred SKILLS AND VALUES Capable of working independently and as a team member Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking Effective verbal and written communication Desire to work on a variety of projects BENEFITS AND PERKS

ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$40,000 - $47,000
