Engineering Manager

We are an international leader in innovative flow control products seeking a solutions-minded Engineering Manager to join our team in Griffin, GA. This position will utilize your knowledge and talent while also encouraging an inventive approach to your work.

Job Scope:

You will primarily be responsible for the performance of the Engineering group, which includes Automation, Tooling, Process Engineering, Product Development and the deployment of LIM technology. This position plays an intricate role in developing and implementing the companys manufacturing technologies as well as improving quality and reducing cost for existing manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in rubber or plastics molding.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or equivalent experience. A Masters Degree is desirable.
Minimum 10 years of experience in design and development of products through the commercialization, including project management.
Experience in the rubber industry is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and mentor.
