You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system. : At EnerBank, the EnerBank New Business Development and Contract Administration Division Manager manages the business development activities by overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of sales strategies. The role is focused on revenue growth, sales performance and customer satisfaction for both program sponsors and/or independent contractor clients. EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers. Primary Responsibilities: Provides day-to-day management for a team of Business Development Officers Oversees overall group sales activity and ensures sales targets are met, as well as ensures efficient sales activities are completed through CRM Monitors the performance of Business Development Officers to identify opportunities for improvement Promotes and monitors knowledge of EnerBank's products, goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing Resolves issues/questions escalated by Business Development Officers Develops and implements departmental goals, objectives, and written procedures for areas of responsibility Ensures that staff in multiple locations are successfully recruited, trained, retained, and developed Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to associates and customers Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures Establishes goals and objectives for the division and evaluates and measures the division's performance against these goals and objectives Manages department budget Ensures service levels to clients are met Demonstrates a continuous drive for process improvements to achieve corporate goals and enhance the customer experience This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and eight (8) years of financial services experience Or Associate's degree in Business or related field and ten (10) years of financial services experience Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of financial services experience Six (6) years of leadership experience Skills and Competencies: Ability to communicate well across various levels in an organization and work collaboratively with a diverse group of people with varying range of technical and process competencies Ability to lead the entire range of problem-solving work from problem definition to analysis, recommendation, and the development of implementation plans Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter who can adapt quickly to different business needs Exceptional creativity, strong analytical skills, customer-service orientation, and win/win approach to problem-solving Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches and new solutions Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $122,111.60 USD Median: $157,160.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.
