Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Email & SMS Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, highly creative, and possess a strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop engaging content, optimize campaigns for maximum impact, and drive meaningful results.
Requirements Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and ensure brand consistency across all communications. Segment email and SMS lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver targeted messaging. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our email and SMS marketing efforts. Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize subject lines, messaging, and timing for maximum engagement. Manage email and SMS marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and uphold industry best practices for data privacy and security. All other relevant activities that support ecommerce sales growth as required. Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
•2-4 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful email and SMS campaigns that drive business results.
•Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing tools (e.g., Twilio, EZ Texting).
•Proficiency in email marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design is a plus.

The salary for this position is $50,000 to $60,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
