Responsibilities
• Manage electrical team and ensure required service to production departments and facility• Develop and execute staffing plans and training programs• Monitor and manage performance, schedules, and efficiencies of work performed by contractors• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance requirements for the entire plant• Review and evaluate electrical upgrades, maintenance, and repair requirements• Participate in energy conservation and cost reduction programs• Lead electrical projects within the plant• Specify and approve maintenance materials and equipment components• Provide input to Maintenance Manager for annual budget• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business is desirable• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business is preferred• Minimum 5 years of experience with electrical distribution systems in a manufacturing plant• Minimum 5+ years of experience in directly supervising skilled electrical trades workers
