Opportunity: As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment, including presses, CNC Water Jets, Routers, Thermoforming, Laminating, Slitting Equipment and Sealing Equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Technician will work with a team of 2-3 inside technicians and, where necessary, manage, supervise and work alongside outside technicians to support Concote's main pieces of equipment and its related support equipment such as intensifiers, pumps, vacuums, and compressors.
Key Accountabilities Reporting directly to Maintenance Manager and indirectly to Vice President of Operations. Willingness to be accountable to supervisors and co-workers. Reliable to work standard 8 hours per day, exclusive of lunch break (arrival and departure flexibility permitted). Make sound decisions regarding safety of self and other employees. Disciplined, self-motivated, willing to learn, but also willing to support and teach others. Job Requirements Electrical experience in both high and low voltage. Knowledge of controls and controls-troubleshooting with a meter and schematics. Welding, and some minor machining with mill and lathe is a +. Basic shop tool experience with mechanical knowledge. Willingness to work with plant employees, machine operators and indirect labor employees. Honesty, integrity, and solid work ethic. Open to applicants that do not have a high school diploma or GED. Must pass background check and drug screen.
