The Opportunity
Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. Makes independent decisions. Assist in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

Participates or leads cross-functional technical teams. Provides technical direction and feedback to others. You will monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time. Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline and 8 years of related experience; OR a MS degree in a directly related discipline plus 4 years or related experience required; OR a PhD degree in a directly related discipline and 2 years of related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Orcad, Mentor Graphics or Altium schematics capture Knowledgeable in using test equipment (Digital Storage Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Current probe, JTAG Emulators for programming CPLD/FPGA, Logic analyzer, Multimeter, etc.) Embedded Controllers and FPGA design and testing Familiarity with 18F Microchip family of parts Programming Languages (VHDL, Python, LabVIEW, Matlab, C, C#, Assembly) Familiarity with ARM-based processors Relocation benefits are available for this job posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $95,600 - $177,600 . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
