is seeking
an
Electrical Engineer
for our client in
Avenel, NJ.

Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – 9am-5 pm
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure electrical engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct thorough research to identify rebate opportunities for our products and services.
Develop rebate strategies to maximize financial incentives and cost savings.
Monitor and track rebate programs to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest rebate program guidelines, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on rebate programs.
Experience in lighting manufacturing, a plus
Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations and spec sheets
Experience in designing and developing electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the field is preferred but not required.
