Responsibilities:

Develop short, medium, and long-term HR work plans in line with the company's strategic planning, create a comprehensive HR management system, and oversee its implementation.

Integrate local resources to provide comprehensive HR solutions for local business development in Thailand and implement them.

Combine Thai regulations and the company management system to formulate and implement HR management systems, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development.

Regularly report to the company's senior management and the head office on HR strategies, organizational construction, administrative management, and provide specialized recommendations.

Adjust the organizational structure, staff structure, and salary and benefits treatment reasonably according to the subsidiary's business situation and market conditions.

Timely handle significant issues in the company's personnel and administrative management, and be responsible for the construction of the company's overseas business corporate culture.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.

5+ years of local HR-related work experience in Thailand.

Experience in managing HR in an international business group is preferred.

Familiar with Thai personnel hiring-related laws and regulations.

Strong leadership and management skills, good at communication, with outstanding organizational coordination and analytical prediction capabilities.

Strong planning and implementation abilities.

Thai-Chinese individuals are preferred.
