Echocardiograph Technologist - Echocardiology - $10",000 hiring bonus with Relocation Package for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Provides quality care to patients. Performs transthoracic echocardiograms proficiently on inpatients and outpatients. Assists physicians with technical aspect of transesophageal echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms. Completes patient worksheets and processes reports according to department guidelines. Participates in the development of the Echocardiology department by active participation in quality improvement. Works closely with the Cardiovascular Imaging Manager on all issues affecting the department.

Required Qualifications: A degree from a Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Program or a program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Preferred Qualifications: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire
National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year experience performing adult echocardiography
Experience with transesophageal and stress echocardiography
