Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education or a social services field. Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience related to education, social work, or psychology. Knowledge of early childhood development, family dynamics, crisis intervention, mental health issues, family involvement strategies, and volunteer initiatives. Knowledge of the FCPS organization, mission, rules, and regulations. Knowledge of community resources and federal, state, and local laws pertaining to child and substance abuse, neglect, and domestic violence.
